Denise Allen has been involved in the financial services industry for over 35 years.

She was Managing Director – Asia Pacific ex-Japan for Citigroup Asset Management until the sale of the business to Legg Mason in December 2005. Until 2018 she held a AFSL in the name of her own consultancy business, Chelcor Pty Lt and worked with local and overseas investment management firms.

Ms Allen is currently the Chair of the Responsible Entity Board of IISL (Insignia Financial) and is also a member of the Investment Management Committee.  She was formerly on the boards of Utilities of Australia and was a Trustee Director of AvSuper and Chair of the Investment Committee.
